Tough interview, but I came really prepared so it wasn't a problem. Just study and prepare for the questions that are emailed to you beforehand. I was interviewed by 3 people, all very nice and professional. Also given a tour of a couple labs. It takes a long time to get the job, on average they say 2-3 months, but it's absolutely worth the wait.

The interview was mainly about personal skills and attributes. I didn't feel intimidated, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Post-interview I was toured around the laboratory and given a quick view of the work culture.

very stressful and not friendly experience, stupid behavioral questions. 4 people were present for the interview, and some questions were personal and unprofessional. If they finish abruptly "thank you for your time" you did not pass.

what have you learned from opinions different from yours and what were the outcomes
The interview process was short as I failed to meet all the qualifications of the company. The main one being that I did not reside in the country. They were prompt in their response time.
