I was strung along for 4 months, sparsely communicating, did 5 interviews for a position that needed 2-3 MAX. They were hiding their intentions waiting for a mat leave to return and I think they didn’t want to chance me finding something else. Some of the people I was interviewing with directly told me they didn’t know why we were even interviewing. It started off well but the weird vibes became very obvious.
