Got called for the second interview with the Design director, which showed up 1 hour late, the interview was just going through my portfolio and talking about projects, but no real depth. Praised me a lot and when I asked if he had any concerns he said "no". Next week I got notification on Linked saying the position was reposted, and the next day I got a very generic negative answer, saying they went with another candidate and didn't provide any feedback, and when I asked about feedback they said "because of our company policy, we won't be able to provide specific feedback". Also, when the replied with the scheduled interview, it was the next day.
