Hiring is only for professional applicants. This means you must come in looking professional, and bring a resume. Referrals are a BIG help, so if you've worked in a restaurant/bar before, have the manager call or write a referral, or if you know a customer go that route. This is a close-knit, small, professional staff with very little turnover, so you really need to bring your A game.
