I originally applied for a Sales Associate but during the first interview it was suggested that I apply for the Assistant Manager Position based on my past experiences (Although, none in retail). The interview itself was very easy. There is a long list of behavioral questions that I was asked and at the end we went into the store and I was was told to find an outfit for a customer that was attending an outside wedding. I brought her back 3 different options as well as accessories. She commented that she was glad I brought more than one option. The second interview was more relaxed and I was asked similar, if not the same, questions as the first interview. Each interview lasted around 30 minutes.
