It was an overall good experience, got to look around and found varies ideas I'd like. Workers were nice enough to say hi and goodbye but nothing further to help me look around. I however never got a call back regarding my interview. I had hope to have the Oppurtunite to work for the company but sadly don't see myself returning.

Goals I have for myself? What fashion means to me? How would I handle situations in the store? Where have I worked and why did I leave? How would I fit into the work environment they had in the store?

Entretien
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
