I actually had a pre interview and went in to meet the manager at my local store. Doing that really does make the difference. She asked me questions about why I was interested in the job and what kind of schedule I was looking to work. It was helpful because I was able to talk with her about things I couldn't while completeing the online process.

Entretien
In the back room, no styling a mannequin as seen sometimes, pretty average but some confusing questions, questions about experience, scheduling, pay, skills, how to resolve conflicts, your relationships with customers or coworkers , accomplishments, etc.
Interview was good. Basic questions. A couple questions about style like what is my favorite fashion trend at the moment. Overall an average interview. Other questions were about customer service.
In person interview ~40 min, was an average interview with normal questions. Got an offer the day of through a phone call later that day. Overall average interview process, start with phone call and ended with offer over the phone.
