The initial phone screen with the recruiter was positive and productive and said they needed to fill the role urgently. After some schedule shuffling on their side, I finally spoke with the hiring manager two weeks later who came across cold and uninterested which lowered my former excitement about the opportunity significantly and said they were at least six weeks out from hiring. The job post had already been for 3+ weeks. Two days later, the job was reposted again. Good luck.
