Entretien
1) Face to Face interview at BKC office in Mumbai with Operations Head.
2) Video call interview from Honkong office Asia Operations Head
3) Video call HR Asia head interview
There was no response for 1 month after completing these 3 interviews. After that Recruiter agency called and said you are halt for this position. No feed back why so!! After wasting one month of time they said only this.

They ask about our daily routine work, how do you tackle with problems and all technical questions.
the interview is great, and the user doesn't use template & commonly referred question, and allows us to be ourselves when we answer their question. Their focus is more on understanding how we think, and analyzing their question, and they observe my personality based on my answer

Entretien
Candidates are grouped in a room and asked to fill in a series of tests. Having passed the tests, depending on availability of the user, several candidates can directly go to the interview process on the same day. If not, then they'd reschedule you for the following week.
