This was my third and last interview process with this company and just like the previous one I was interviewed by some incompetent and random people who are just part of an interview panel and did not even know what this role requires. The job was for a very specific type of payment projects which I have significant knowledge and experience about, but just like the previous interviews they did not even know what to ask. Again just like previous ones, they managed mess up with the interview scheduling, forgot to inform or check with the interviewers, one did not even join, the other one was late because he did not know the time etc. That was my last ever interview before I left Ireland, and I am actually happy that this company and these interviews represent my experience in Ireland. So no regrets, but good luck to people who wants to work for these people.
