The interview process started badly from the TA part, with no conversation over the phone all was handled via email. Salary expectations included. Jumped directly into interviews. Did two interviews where i was told i killed it. And i was going to get an offer. Did received an offer and it was 60% of my salary expectations, after bargaining they went to 80%. But it was still a lowball and would make me receive less than i was currently earning
