It was conducted on two interviews
The first interview consisted of introducing myself and talking about my qualities and situations I faced as well as a case related to credit cards. The second interview was the same but with a different case.
I recall the interview has 3 back to back case interviews. The interviewers are very nice and they were willing to help you out. The cases were not that hard.
It was a really great interview process! Everyone I met was super nice and helped me learn a lot about Mastercard. 3 x 30 min rounds of back-to-back virtual interviews with different members of the team. Started with behaviourals then had a small case in each (market sizing, profitability etc.)
