I attended the assessment centre in Leeds in early March. The day started with a relaxed breakfast reception where you could speak to other attendees, then a few ice breaker games. After this, there was a presentation by the previous intake graduates, and then the research task was introduced. Lunch was then served, giving us more time to mingle and talk to some of the employees in attendance. Finally, we were given 3 hours to prepare a presentation on a topic given to us, whilst solo interviews happened. It was a brilliant environment and experience, and made it very easy to be yourself instead of a performance. They should be very proud of the organisation and deliverance of the assessment centre, and of themselves. It was a credit to Mastek
