Spoke with franchise owner about availability, previous employment, certifications and asked what questions I had about the company. Owner was very friendly and transparent about position and expectations. After this, time was set up to perform demo/interview massage.

Interview process included an in-person interview with the manager of the location I applied to. After sitting down with the manager and discussing my experience and availability, I completed a practical to demonstrate my skills. I was offered a position at the end of the interview and then moved forward in the onboarding. Overall exactly what one would expect when interviewing for a massage therapy position.
