It was an open interview but the head hiring person was kind of stand offish. You could definitely tell she didn’t like her job. The process was really quick about a day after I send in an application I got an email to schedule a interview
The interview process was easy and straightforward. There was a focus on customer service and how to handle certain customer interactions. Talking to the hiring manager felt like a conversation and was very easy with little pressure.

Just asked about me, my strength and weaknesses and what my availability was like. It was a very casual conversation with the manager there at the location. She made me feel super comfortable and was easy to talk to. It didn’t really feel like an interview which was super nice
