Fairly simple. I interviewed with one other person. They ran through a series of questions off a paper. I waited in the lobby for about 15 min before they were ready. After the interview was over i went all the way home, just for them to call me back offering me the job and to head back up there to finish more paperwork.

My interview was only covered a few questions about my availability and willingness to work a massage clinic during a pandemic. I haven't worked there in a few years now, but I need to log into Glassdoor.
