The interview process was okay initially but when it came time to do the 2nd interview it got really difficult. They wanted me to memorize a ton of sales information in the form of scripts. I did my best to memorize it but the interviewer wasnt happy that i failed to know it verbatim.

Short casual interview, had a phone screen first and then went in and was asked basic questions about previous front desk experience in wellness environments the rest just talking about the job itself

Mostly general situational questions, not what I was use to. Personally it felt like they want you to beg to work there. This was for the Kapolei location. I can’t speak for all locations just this one.
