There was only one in-person interview. The interview was with the store manager. She was very unprofessional, which made it an easier interview. Once we finished the interview she offered me the job.

"tell me about a time you failed" type questions. "tell me a time when you were a team player"
Very easy application. Helps if you have previous experience working a front desk or working at massage Envy in general. Really just wants to see if your personality fits and will mesh well.

Lack luster and fairly easy. Manager at the time did not care to hire me on for a long time and new I was a temp worker while In school so she didn't bother going over much of my responsibilities.

Short questions. Easy. Asks about sales experience and customer service. It seems like a good first job. It does appear you would need to work some nights and weekends. You get paid commission for sales on memberships and products.
