The General Manager at the time went through a normal interview process of just asking me about my past history of work , got to know my personality, and asked why I would be beneficial to the company. Also had to practice and present a sales pitch for the memberships they offer.

I was first scheduled to meet with the GM of the store, but ended up meeting with her boss instead. Asked me basic interview questions like, "Tell me about a time you had to deal with an unpleasant employee" and "What are three words you would use to describe yourself." I had a great conversation with her and she told me she wanted to set up a second interview within the next two days so I could meet the GM. I got a call from her the next day for an interview the following day. I had another great conversation with her, as well, and she asked similar style questions. After we were both out of questions she was very upfront and honest with me and told me she definitely wanted to continue to the next step. The following day she (the GM) called me again letting me know she had spoken to her boss (whom I interviewed with the first time around) and that they would just need to run a background check and they would extend an offer to me.
