I submitted an application online and was then called and asked to come in for an interview. The first interview included basic questions including my experience and special skills. They sent me home with a study packet and I had to study specific information regarding general Marketplace specific information. When I came back for the second interview, I was tested and hired.

Entretien
Needed to memorize the menu, learn how to carry and handle plates/food, etc. Very easy to learn and just practice memorizing the menu and ingredients. Once you get that down you just need to learn to carry multiple plates, glasses, how to handle taking menu orders and assisting customers. Very easy if you have any prior service industry experience.

It's a pretty general interviewing process with the tradition why would you work well for us questions. I had to wait a bit for the manager though i only showed up 5 minutes before the interview.
