Walked in. Asked for an application at customer service. Filled it out on the spot. Asked if a manager was available. Sat with store manager and he asked very basic questions. Was offered the job.
No interview process whatsoever. A Simple walk into the store, answer basic questions, sign paperwork, and get a quick tour of the place. I did have to call to speed up the process.

Sent my resume directly to them through their website and got a call to attend an open interview later that day. After less than 10 minutes I was already hired and signing paperwork as part of the onboarding process.
