After 2 virtual interviews, I was invited to come to the site and interview. A couple interviews, tour of the plant, and they took me out to dinner afterwards. First interview was with HR Second interview was with the PM and SC managers. Only criticism was that I thought I was doing well the entire time, when they took me out to dinner, they could have told me face to face their feedback. The feedback they gave my recruiter was basic and frankly disrespectful for the amount of time I gave in interviewing and traveling to the location for the job interview. (I did not live in the area)
