I was asked to participate in a phone interview with HR, an in person interview with my potential supervisor and HR, and a peer interview where current employees could interview me and I could ask them questions as well.

First interview was fine with hiring manager. Second interview included excel test (one they create - not standard) and panel interviews with 10 employees each. Many hours dedicated to the process. They are obviously very particular about who they want to hire which is within their right. Unfortunately I and 2 other qualified applicants I know went through extensive interviewing and then heard absolutely nothing...complete silence. Very unprofessional to not at least give a response of No after so many man hours were put in by the applicants. If they can't waste the time being polite through the interview process, I'm not guessing it will be any better after being hired.
