It was the behavioral interview and they asked me in a relaxed setting and made me feel as great as possible. And then they asked me how I would like to be compensated even if there was no compensation for interns.

What did you do when there was an ethical conflict?
Very unorganized phone call that was missed the first time then was late the second time. Clearly hsd no interest in me and seemed like she didn’t read my resume to begin with

Entretien
I interviewed for a Marketing and Operations internship. Interviewer was very nice, asked a lot of questions about my interest in fashion and experience. Ultimately, I was told they hadn’t the capacity for a summer intern, and I reapplied in the fall. Fall interns typically spend one full day a week at the office. The internship is unpaid.

There was no actual interview, I heard they needed interns and I sent my application to them and lucky got a reply back from somebody that worked there asking me if I was able to work the days that they needed interns.
