I sent in my application and I have heard nothing since. Even after 2 follow up attempts. I find that unprofessional and disrespectful. A follow up request is to me an obligation to reply, especially if addressed to the person with whom you interviewed.

There are three stages, the first is a 15-minute phone call screen, the next is a 30-minute interview where you will present a case, and the final interview is another 15-30 30-minute chat with 2 or 3 different interviewers.

Very smooth process that went by easily. Manager was very nice and friendly. Done virtually and was pretty short. Quick response after interview and process was always explained clearly and my expectations were exceeded.
