Process took 1 day. Initial phone interview/screening.Asked to come in for step two of the process which is the job test,which consists of spelling/grammar,typing 36 wpm,time zones,alphanumeric matching,and audio comprehension.

Basic question. Can you work for a long period of time on on the phone, can you sit down down for long period of times. Do you want full or part time. Are you a people person etc
