J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Management Solutions (Londres, Angleterre)
Entretien
- first step I applied via university and I went to the London HQ for a numerical test, interview and assessment group with other candidates
- second step was an interview with HR via Skype, based on your CV
- third step is an in person interview with a manager. Based on your CV and some situational questions but nothing special
- last step was an interview with a partner. It usually depends on the interviewer but in my case we talked a lot about technical aspects related to what I was studying. I was asked about VaR, black and scholes, hedging strategies with derivatives.
I think the last step is different depending on the background but it can be very technical as in my case if the partner knows what you are studying

Simple interview with some logical questions. It was more about to know the interviewee. Had to answer questions like what my hobbies were, education, grades, etc. And it was about that, just being yourself.

three stages, each interview roughly 30 mins. it went quite smoothly, although some interviewers were inexperienced and asked standard questions. apart from this it was good, no real complaints. Not a lot of very tough questions
