I had to wait about 30 minutes before a manager saw me. But a friend recommended me so the interview went pretty smooth. The manager that interviewed me was really friendly so it was more like a conversation than an interview. I had a very brief resume at the time, so they weren't interested in that. They just want to make sure you're good at talking to people. But they train you pretty well. Easy to adjust to the environment.

Automated interview set up process was nice. Short interview with tell me abt yourself and some behavioral questions. Shorter than anticipated but all staff was super nice while I was there.
