Applied online. Had a good phone interview. Shortly thereafter, we scheduled an in-person interview. Met with a lead and one of the c-suite team members. The interview seemed to go well, the people were friendly, the questions and answers informative. I followed up with a thank you email and additional documents which were requested. However, I never heard anything back from anyone which lowered my opinion of the company immensely. Their website says they work on a variety of architectural projects but in reality what I found out in the interview is that 95% of their projects are work space; not all the other projects they claim. After the interview I had decided that this was not the right fit for me or what I wanted for my career, but not hearing anything back, not even a “no hire”, convinced me that I made the right decision.
