Was Recruited out of college. Came to college and was recruited at a career fair. They rate everyone a 1,2, or 3 who comes up to the booth only 1's get on campus interviews. After campus interview they will fly you to regional offices and have 2 days of various 1 on 1 and group interviews.

Hardest thing was they gave you information to look at then took it away and asked you to present on your findings the next day. Was very challenging because you had to go on gut instinct and were not allowed to study for an extended period of time.

The interview process went smoothly. I walked the store and met with the department managers who were all very nice to me and welcoming. The interview process was relaxed and overall I was very satisfied.

3 stages, 2 face to face one over video call, with several stakeholders. First round quite relaxed, second two rounds technical, case studies, role play activities, hypothetical scenarios. Good experience, very friendly, important to review the company values before interviews.
