Asked questions that weren't typical of other jobs I've interviewed for. I was asked to sell a imaginary product to my interviewer. The interviewer was the supervisor who would be hiring me for a position in his department so it was good to get to know him before I began my employment. Very friendly and clear about what they expect from you and flexible with your availability.
Was interviewed for a seasonal position. Was told they have no seasonal positions, once they found out I was a college student. Made no sense to me quickly ended the interview.
I had one interview with the store manager and it lasted for about 45 minutes. The interview was all standard behavioral questions. I was offered the job on the spot.
