I had a virtual interview with 2 employees. I learned that they didn't actually have a position available, but that they were doing screenings to prepare a candidate pool. I was then recommended to another team that had an opening. I interviewed for this position and was told what the job was (wish I was informed the of the position before the interview to be able to prepare). After following up, I found out that I did not get the position.
