They need to find a more effective way of conducting an interview - it was essentially 4 people interviewing at the same time on the phone and there was no conversation or flow. They basically barrage candidates with questions and were rude during the interview. By far the worst interview experience I have ever had. I would suggest looking elsewhere to work if this is how the interview process is. I can't imagine what working at this company would be like.
