Interview was held after working hours at 6:30pm, there were still a lot of staffs working in the office (not a good sign). It was a one on one interview and the most ridiculous thing was that because I did not know Microsoft NAV system they wanted to bond me for TWO YEARS! I would definitely not recommend, especially since the message I got from the interviewer was that they expect you to work long hours. My advice would be to avoid this company if you would like any work life balance.
