All I can say is that MOI interview process was confusing. The recruiter and HR person struggled to communicate with me properly. I didn't think they knew what they were interviewing for. All and all it was a waste of my time.

i have a phone interview, then a inperson interview with the head of the dept, once she approved i had an interview with the CEO of the company. All interviews were very easy and laid back, no pressure what so ever

Received a call from HR about a week after applying asking if I had a few minutes to talk. Thinking it would be a quick screening call, I agreed. It turned into a 30 minute slaughtering. The HR person was a little rude and came across as unprofessional. I was asked questions like, "If you wanted to do X, then why didn't you go back to school for that?" in a hostile tone. Not only was I not impressed and very glad I didn't get a call back, but I was really peeved that a 30 minute call wasn't arranged via email beforehand.
