Applied online and a recruiter contacted me a week later for a phone interview. After reading reviews on Glassdoor about white privilege and MM's use of diversity as a mere marketing tactic to increase sales, I went into the call with caution. Recruiter asked pretty standard background/behavioral questions but when I asked about their company, she seemed bored and said, "Let's move this along..." I thought it was funny that she seemed judgmental about my experience with SQL...but didn't even pronounce it properly. Anyway, no loss.
