Initial phone interview followed by face to face with a panel then final interview with head of practice and made a presentation.
Initially was very quick then it slowed down. Not sure why, but they seem to be very busy with a strong pipeline of work with existing clients without having to sell additional work to new. Clients

Robust and traditional. Working on a initial screening interview, followed by an interview from one of the MLT (Market Leadership Team) members and an HR review. In some instances, a presentation is requested to present to out on a subject of the interviewees choice.

There were three stages to the process after an initial conversation with the recruitment person. It was a well managed process with quick turnaround times after each stage and good communication throughout.

All remote, 3 stages to the process covering different capabilities with 3 different sets of interviewers. Friendly and conversational approach but covers a lot of ground probing skills and experience as well as cultural fit.
