It all started with a phone interview followed by a personal interview that interview was made first by the human resources staff, then by the staff in charge of the department applied and at the end if I passed the personality test an interview by the Managers of the company. Moreover the background check was done, the contract interview which has with in the rules of the company and the salary discussion finally the hiring part.
