Very informal, super friendly, a very positive back and forth experience. Seemed very interested in gauging my interests and making sure we were a good fit for each other. Met with Michael Tavani first and had a great conversation before talking to others. Would have definitely taken an offer here, but was offered something else at a different firm and the timeline didn't work out.

A phone interview, 2 zooms, a writing test, and another zoom. It was very rigorous and was hard to manage while having a full time position elsewhere. Also doing a full writing test for an entry level job position seems unnecessary, especially when I already sent writing samples.
