in 1 day phone interview
in 5 days physical interview in Head office
in 3 days additional phone interview (exception due to second person was not able to participate in physical interview).
in 1 day offer
in 9 days final offer (during 9 days negotiating special conditions)
in 2 days draft of contract
in 7 days signed contract (during 7 days minor modification formal and signature by M+W)
SUMMARY:
10 days for interviews (3 interviews). I suppose so fast due to interest of both parties in time.
10 days for negotiation exceptional conditions
10 days for adjusting contract and signature.
TOTAL: 30 days from 1st call till contract sign.
DESCRIPTION:
All interviews were hold between employee and direct hiring manager.
