J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Lyft (Nashville, TN) en janv. 2019
Entretien
I was randomly contacted by the HR representative. She sent me a email with a Google doc attached. The email gave a description about the new Claims department that was looking for people to start asap. The instructions said complete the practice email response and pick a in person interview time. I received the email on January 17th. I chose to interview on the 21st but i didn't get a response from the representative until the 25th. I had my interview the 28th. I was really excited. When I got the the lobby, I knew it was gonna be some bullcrap. I had to share a interview with 2 other applicants. We all interview with different members of the department separately. I agree with everyone who states that the management are not engaged to getting to know you. They was too busy on there Macbooks and phones. I was looking around and notice barely African Americans. Even with my work background I felt like I wasn't going to get job because of the experience the staff gave me from the start. The receptionist was questioning me for 5 minutes asking me was I sure I had a interview. I was told from HR that I would hear something within a week. Today is February 12th and I was told I didn't get the position. Thank God for that.
