Along my recruitment process its fishy and suspicious because the position suddenly changed (from fulltime to freelance). I’m already accept and okay with those situation, and finally get the offering and continue to benefit negotiation, then suddenly they informed me they canceled the offering after the negotiation process and after I got the offering.
