Horrible. I have never seen a company ask potential candidates to waste their time with a one sided interview recording BEFORE you actually get to talk to anyone. Lol It’s literally an audition tape for a job. That is weird and will turn off a lot of great candidates. No one will be taking off work to record a video to POSSIBLY get a phone Interview with your company. Get out of here with that nonesense. Lol This actually leads to unconscious bias which is ironically probably you your company doesn’t want to do.
