Interviewing with Lowe's was an unnecessarily long and confusing process with poor communication and minimal respect for the candidate's time and effort. The entire interview process took two months and would have likely taken longer without multiple follow-ups. I was initially reached out to by a recruiter, who invited me to apply to several positions that, after 2-3 weeks of communication, were discovered to have already been filled. After being passed between three or four total recruiters, I finally interviewed with the hiring manager. For the third and final round, I completed a five-hour panel between five people, a mixed bag of positive, thoughtful conversation and questions robotically read off a list. The panel occurred on a Tuesday and I was told I would receive my interview results by the end of the week, but...nothing. The following Tuesday, I received a note from one of the recruiters asking if I were available for a call during a specific time frame; when I responded that I had been traveling and suggested an alternative time frame, I received no response. A few days later, I followed up to share that I had accepted another offer and that I was disappointed in my interview experience - still no response. The next morning, I received an automated message from Lowe's stating that I was no longer being considered. Overall, I would not recommend applying here.
