For example, "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond for a customer." The key is to be very specific and give a real example.

It starts with an online application, sometimes followed by a short 15–20 minute phone or video screen where a recruiter checks your availability, experience and communication skills. After that, you’ll have an in-person interview with the hiring manager covering customer service, teamwork and basic job capabilities, with questions like how you’d handle a price dispute or a short register drawer.
