Entretien
I applied online and filled out a set of ~50 standard questions. I was called the week of and offered an interview. The interview process was a simple conversation with a single HR rep that lasted around 30 minutes, I was told I got the job at the interview.

Entretien
5 questions. The same every time. They rate you based on how you score on a 5 point qualitative scale and compare this score to other applicants. It's one on one with either the store manager or an assistant store manager.
