There is only one interview and it's fairly casual. It happens with the CFO and/or one of the CEOs and you can tell that they are passionate about the company. They want to make sure that you'll enjoy working there as much as they want to make sure that you'll be good for the job. If you get asked to take the tour after the interview it's a pretty good sign that you'll be offered the job.
