Single interview process in person for a panel of five department employees (including the CIO) at their municipal building. Questions were asked from and scored on a pre-written rubric. No technical questions or tests were posed. Interviewers were kind and had their own resume copies. The county is not open to salary negotiation. After offer acceptance, HR errors caused multi-week delays.

There are 5 panelist asking a set of questions and give scores according to answers that was given. Each member is asking each question, there were about 17 questions and at last few HR questions.
