Informal and chilled. Got a coffee at local coffee shop. Had to wear lorna jane outfit. Then had to put together an outfit as if I worked there. Manager was really nice and helpful

After applying online I heard back from the company very quickly and the recruitment manager was helpful and friendly with arranging an interview. The staff in the store were friendly and the manager made me feel very comfortable in the interview process and she was very friendly and felt like this was a company I would want to work in
