The interview lasted about 15 minutes and the people who interviewed me seemed nice, however they didn't initiate any sort of conversation with me, it was answer these questions, leave. I felt really uncomfortable. They sent me to a room to complete a test with difficult questions. The assistant head was very impatient when walking to the room. I thought it went good but I was sent a generic rejection email with no chance of feedback. I just think the process was quite difficult for just being a lab tech.
